As an important aspect of the sport power constructions, administrative law enforcement faces the opportunities and challenges of innovation. Under the background of streamlining and delegation, sports administrative law enforcement is stuck in an embarrassing situation. The compulsory methods widely used by the sports administrative department can easily aggravate the contradiction in law enforcement. As the traditional sports law enforcement methods are difficult to meet the practical needs of sports market supervision in the new era, it is especially necessary to innovate sports administrative law enforcement methods. In face of the contemporary issues, we should follow the route from "formal optimization" to "substantive innovation", and develop the ideas of administrative balance, service cooperation and due process. Meanwhile, we should push forward the reform from the three aspects: intervention of credit tools, promotion of non-compulsory law enforcement and reasoning throughout the law enforcement, so as to simplify, diversify and legalize the way of sports administrative law enforcement. |
