      咖啡因作为营养补剂的一种,不仅在普通人群中普遍使用,而且经常被运动员服用以提高运动成绩。有研究指出,咖啡因可以有效地提升常温环境下的耐力性运动表现。但在高温环境下,咖啡因对运动表现尤其是长时间耐力性运动表现的影响及其机制仍存在众多争议。因此,本综述对国内外近十年的相关文献进行收集并系统总结和归纳,回顾了高温环境与运动表现的关系,以及咖啡因对常温环境下耐力性运动表现的影响及其机制,重点探讨了咖啡因对高温环境下耐力性运动表现的影响以及可能的机制,为未来的研究以及相关工作的开展提供参考。
英文摘要:
      As a kind of nutritional supplement, caffeine is widely used not only in the general population, but also taken by athletes to improve their performance. Some studies have pointed out that caffeine can effectively improve endurance performance in normal temperature environment. However, in the heat, there are still many controversies about the effect of caffeine on exercise performance, especially long-term endurance exercise performance. Therefore, this study collected and summarized the relevant literature of recent years at home and abroad, reviewed the relationship between high temperature environment and exercise performance, as well as the effect of caffeine on endurance exercise performance in normal temperature. It focused on the effect of caffeine on endurance exercise performance and possible mechanism in the heat so as to provide a reference for future research and related work.
