      高原结合低氧训练在游泳项目中的应用是传统高原训练新发展,拓展了高原和低氧训练的效益和功能,日益受到科研工作者和教练员的重视,而这种新训练方法中有效的科研监控内容和方法将是训练是否达到训练目标的重要保障。通过对上海游泳队10名优秀运动员2007-2008年期间3次高原结合低氧训练进行全程跟踪,对训练过程进行全面的科研监控,并对高原结合低氧训练的科研监控内容与方法进行探索与研究,基本建立了游泳项目高原结合低氧训练的科研监控内容与方法,这将为该训练方法在游泳项目中的应用提供有效帮助。
英文摘要:
      Application of altitude and hypoxia training to swimming is a new development of traditional altitude training. It expands the effectiveness and functions of altitude training and hypoxia training and has attracted the attention of researchers and coaches. The effective monitoring contents and methods of this new training method are the key for obtaining the training targets. Through the all-sided scientific monitoring of the 3 times altitude and hypoxia training of 10 elite Shanghai swimmers in 2007-2008, the author tries to explore and establish the monitoring contents and methods for altitude and hypoxia training of swimming and provide effective assistance to the application of this training method to swimming.
