高校体育特长生在英语学习过程中普遍存在着畏难思想，消极应付的心理。教师应如何调动这一学生群体的英语学习积极性，帮助其树立学好英语的自信心，找出他们自身具有的学习长处，将英语教学内容与体育专业知识有机结合，提高学生的主体意识，这些都是当前亟待解决的问题。

英文摘要:

College students of sports talent tend to be afraid of difficulties and have a passive way of thinking in learning English. How to mobilize their activeness in learning, help them to be confident, help them to find their own advantages, combine teaching contents with specific sports knowledge and raise their awareness of their own importance are the main problems that need to be solved.
