采用文献资料、访谈等研究方法，对我国社区体育健身俱乐部与政府关系的现状、存在的问题、问题的成因等进行了分析，在此基础上提出了社区体育健身俱乐部与政府的关系的目标模式和对策建议。

By the methods of literature study and interview, the article analyzes the status quo of the relations between the government and the community fitness clubs as well as the existing problems and the cause. It sets forth the purpose and pattern of establishing the relations between the government and the community fitness clubs.
