主要采用问卷调查法、文献资料法对河北省普通高校贫困大学生身体、心理健康状况及其体育参与特征作了调查，结果表明：贫困大学生体质状况与非贫困大学生相比存在明显差异；患有心理问题人数比例高于一般大学生；体育人口的数量远远低于非贫困大学生。

英文摘要:

By the methods of questionnaire and document consultation, an investigation was made on the status quo of the mental health and the characteristics of sports participation of the impoverished undergraduates in Heibei Province. The result reveals that there is a significant difference in the physical conditions of the impoverished undergraduates and the non-impoverished undergraduates. The ratio of the impoverished undergraduates who have psychological problems is higher. And the sports population of the impoverished students is much lower.
