采用问卷调查、访问调查、数理统计、逻辑分析等研究方法，探析了上海社区体育竞赛运作管理的现状和存在的问题。在此基础上提出了可供选择的上海社区体育竞赛运作管理的基本模式及理想模式，并就理想模式的基本框架、运作优势、运作机制、经费来源、监督与保障措施等问题提出了对策建议。

By the methods of questionnaire, investigation, statistics and logical analysis, the paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of the operational management of Shanghai community sports competitions. It offers the basic modes and ideal modes that can be selected for the operational management of Shanghai community sports competitions. It sets forth some suggestions on the basic framework, operational advantages, operational mechanism, fund source, supervision and supporting measures.
