通过文献查阅和资料整理，在剖析上海市体育产业发展现状的基础上，建立价值创造路径图，阐明人力资源在上海市休闲体育产业价值创造过程中所处的重要地位。运用系统动力学因果关系图，讨论了人力资源在整个价值过程中所起到的作用，并对上海市休闲体育产业的人才开发和培养提出建议。

英文摘要:

Through literature study and date arrangement and on the basis of analyzing the status quo of the development of Shanghai sports industry, a guidance map of value creation was established. The article explains the importance of human resources in the value creation of Shanghai leisure sports industry. It discusses the role of human resources in the whole process of value creation using the figure of system dynamics causal relationship. It puts forward some suggestions on the talent development and cultivation of Shanghai leisure sports industry.
