运用文献归纳和逻辑分析的方法，梳理现代足球运动由大众游戏项目发展成为赢利工具所经历的几个阶段，包括职业体育的商业化开发、货币化经营和资本化运作，揭示金钱是踢远职业足球的内在动力。从国际职业足球发展经验出发，提出中国职业足球改革的美好愿景。

英文摘要:

By the methods of document generalization and logic analysis, the article discusses the development stages of modern soccer, starting from a popular game to a lucrative instrument, including the commercial exploitation of professional sports, monetary operation and capital management. It tries to find out the inner drive for the development of professional soccer. It depicts the bright future of the Chinese professional soccer reform in accordance with the development experience of the world professional soccer.
