通过问卷调查与访谈等方法，对上海市女性体育新闻工作者的职业现状进行了调查，研究分析了其在职业安全与职业保障、职业设计与职业理想、职业技术与技能、身心状况、男女两性关系等方面的具体情况。发现目前上海市女性体育新闻工作者职业状况总体令人满意，且她们能扬长避短，发挥女性性别优势，但是工作过程中她们仍有着各种具体的问题和诉求，期待各方关注和解决。

英文摘要:

By the methods of questionnaire and interview, the author conducted a survey on the occupational status of women sports journalists in Shanghai. The article analyzes their occupational safety and job security, professional design and ideals, professional technique and skills, physical and mental condition, the relation between the two sexes. The result shows that the status of the female sports journalists in Shanghai is satisfactory on the whole. They can take advantage of their sex to cultivate their better parts and avoid weakness. But they still have various problems and appeals waiting to be solved.
