体育文化无论服从“文化强国”还是“体育强国”，无论被当成一种产业或事业，无论采用竞技、教育、休闲还是娱乐等手段，都应当落实到国民的生活世界和生命实践之中，转化成共享的一种人生智慧。制约体育文化的因素不仅来自文化之外，也来自文化的深层——在中国语境之下——主要是社会急剧转型造成的文化失范。要促进体育文化的创新、发展和繁荣，就必须促进体育文化的自觉，这不仅需要批判和反思，也需要对人生的关怀和尊重。

英文摘要:

Sports culture should be involved in the citizens' daily life and practice and be turned into wisdom enjoyed by everyone whether it is subordinate to "a cultural power" or "a sports power", or be regarded as an industry or business, or by the means of competition, education, leisure or entertainment. The elements restricting sports culture come not only from the outside, but also from the inside of the culture due to the non-standardization of culture caused by quick transformation of the society in China. In order to enhance the innovation, development and prosperity of sports culture, we must promote the consciousness of sports culture. This requires not only criticism and reflection, but also the care and respect to life.
