运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法以及数据统计法等对上海市近十年来市级跳远比赛成绩的数据进行了统计分析，并对上海市二十余所拥有青少年田径运动队的学校进行走访调查。据此了解了青少年跳远训练的现况，并进行深入的思考，旨在探究今后上海青少年跳远训练的发展方向，为提高上海青少年跳远运动员的科学化训练水平提供了参考依据。

英文摘要:

By the ways of document consultation, interview, questionnaire and statistics, the authors made an analysis of the long jump competition results in Shanghai in the past ten years and surveyed around 20 schools that had junior athletics teams. The aim of this study is to learn the status of the junior long jump training and make an analysis so as to know better the development direction of Shanghai junior long jump training in future and provide reference for the scientific training of Shanghai junior long jumpers.
