中文摘要:

采用问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法，以苏沪两地5所高校全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生课程设置及培养模式为研究对象，发现在具体实施过程中存在着诸如课程设置不够科学合理且与其培养目标吻合度低，教育实习环节薄弱，培养模式不够科学完善等问题。故提出建立并创新全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生课程体系；完善全日制体育硕士专业学位研究生培养模式；构建“校内+校外”联合培养机制，实行野双导师制冶；开拓校外实习基地，加强校企联合，提高学生实践能力；加大对学生教育实习期内的监管与考核力度等合理化对策。

英文摘要:

By the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics, and taking the curriculum and training models for the postgraduates of full-time PE master's degree of the five universities in Jiangsu Province and Shanghai as the subjects, the research discovers the problems, such as, the irrational curriculum establishment which does not fit the training goal, weak practice arrangement in teaching, unscientific and imperfect training models, etc. The paper suggests establishing and innovating the curriculum system for the postgraduates of full-time PE master's degree, perfecting the training models, forming an integrated training mechanism of "campus plus off-campus", taking into practice the "two-tutor system", finding more places for off-campus practice, strengthening the coalition of college and enterprise, improving students' practice ability and enhancing the supervision and inspection of the students in the periods of teaching and practice.
