采用文献资料法、访谈法与数据统计处理等方法，从就业需求与满意度、对就业现状的满意度和就业中存在的知识技能问题等角度对上海体育学院休闲体育专业毕业学生的就业情况进行调查研究，进一步分析该专业学生就业需求，并从关注学生的个性发展、在休闲体育专业培养方案中增设不同特色的专业知识、技能方向等方面提出休闲体育专业发展对策。

英文摘要:

Using the methods of document consultation, interview and statistics, the author surveyed the employment demand of the leisure sports specialty students of Shanghai University of Sport from the aspects of employment demand, satisfaction to the current employment status and the problems of knowledge structure and skills in the employment process. The article analyzes the employment demand of the students majoring in this subject and puts forward the suggestions of paying attention to the development of students' personality and including the professional knowledge and skills with different characteristics in the curriculum so as to facilitate the further development of leisure sports specialty.
