生于1931年的陈允生是华东师范大学体育系的第一届体育本科生。1951年到1956年间，陈允生完整经历：1951年华东师范大学体育系于三处不同地点考试的第一次招生；1952年华东师范大学体育系并入新成立的暂驻圣约翰大学原址内的华东体育学院；1956年华东体育学院迁至原大上海计划遗留的市政府大楼一处，并正式更名为上海体育学院。陈允生讲述了各阶段的掌故，对于1951年到1956年间，上海体育院校及师范类体育专业的整合情况进行了梳理。

Chen Yunsheng, born in 1931, was one of the 1st PE undergraduates of the Physical Education Department of East China Normal University. He experienced the following events during the period of 1951-1956: the first student recruitment of the Physical Education Department of East China Normal University in 1951 and the entrance exam took place in three different places; in 1952, the PE Department of East China Normal University was incorporated into newly-established East China Physical Education Institute, which was temporarily housed in the original campus of St. John's University; in 1956, East China Physical Education Institute moved to the original municipal government building and changed its name to Shanghai Physical Education Institute. Chen Yunsheng talked about the stories of the different periods. The paper summarizes the integration of the sports institutes and PE major of the normal universities in Shanghai during the years of 1951-1956.
