满足人民日益增长的美好生活的体育需要是群众体育发展的核心要义。运用文献资料法等，阐释了美好生活具有内容与形式、时间与空间2对范畴以及物质与精神、传统与现代、近期与远景、地方与中央4个维度，分析了美好生活与群众体育发展的逻辑关联。认为美好生活与群众体育发展的内容具有一致性、价值具有契合性、目标具有统一性。提出：在美好生活愿景下，深化群众体育改革目标，坚持物质和精神相统一；加强群众体育创新发展，实现传统和现代相结合；做好群众体育顶层设计，推动近期和远景相衔接；优化群众体育资源布局，促进中央和地方相协调的群众体育发展。

英文摘要:

To meet the ever-growing sports demands of quality life is the key point of mass sports development. This article explained 2 categories which contain content and format, time and space as well as 4 dimensions which contain material and spirit, tradition and modern, the near future and distant view, local and central of quality life by using the methods of literature review and so on. It also analyzed the logic relation between quality life and mass sports development, which has the content, value and goal consistency. In the vision of quality life, it proposed the development paths of mass sports as follows: to deepen the reform goal of mass sports, to keep the unity of material and spirit; to strengthen the innovation development of mass sports, to combine tradition with modern together; to implement top-level design of mass sports, to connect the near future and distant view; to optimize the resource layout of mass sports, and to well coordinate the relationship between local and central.
