从文化体制实践改革的视角，分析了我国体育服务体制的现状及存在的问题：市场服务未得到有效政策支持、公共服务基础薄弱、社会服务缺乏规范等现象。并从体育公共服务、体育市场服务、体育社会服务等方面探究体育服务体制改革的基本路径和措施，同时提出体育服务体制改革中应处理好的几个关系：政府与服务组织及服务对象的关系、体育公共服务与市场服务的关系、体育公共服务与社会服务的关系及体育服务质量控制与提升的关系等。

英文摘要:

From the angle of cultural system reform, the paper analyzes the status quo of China's sports service system and the existing problems, such as insufficient policy support to the market service, weak public service basis, non-standardization of social service, etc. It tries to find out the basic ways and measures for the reform of sports service system from the aspects of sports public service, sports market service, sports social service and so on. It stresses some relations that should be handled properly in the reform of sports service system, i.e., the relation between government and service organization and service object, the relation between sports public service and market service, the relation between sports public service and social service and the relation between the quality control and quality promotion of sports service.
