主要通过文献法、问卷调查法、专家访谈和实地考察法，对上海市公益性社会体育指导员培训工作进行研究，包括岗前培训和继续培训。调查分析了培训工作的方式、内容、对象、经费、评估等内容，发现存在的问题，初步构建了新型的社会体育指导员培训模式。并提出相关对策和建议：拓展培训形式，促进社会体育指导员快速发展；完善社会体育指导员培训管理制度，充实培训组织；细分社会体育指导员类型，丰富培训内容和方式；开辟社会体育指导员培训评估平台，提高培训效果；充分利用多媒体技术等教学工具。

英文摘要:

By the methods of documentation, questionnaire, expert interview and on-the-spot investigation, the author made a survey of the public service training of Shanghai social sports instructors. The article focuses on the model, content, object, fund and evaluation of the training and locates the existing problems. It suggests forming a new training model of social sports instructors and puts forward some relative suggestions, such as expanding the training models to speed up the training of social sports instructors, perfecting the training management system of social sports instructors and bolstering the training organizations, subdividing the types of social sports instructors and enriching the training contents and methods, establishing a training evaluation platform to enhance the training results, making a full use of multimedia technology and other teaching devices, etc.
