The paper focuses on the technique and tactics of short-distance freestyle swimmer Zhu Yingwen, who captured 4 gold medals for Shanghai in the 10th National Games. It analyzed her special features and the existing gap between her and the world top swimmers. It puts forward some suggestions on her training in order to improve her competitive ability in 2008 Olympic Games and 2009 National Games.
