| 采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等方法，从学生的学习习惯、学习兴趣等方面入手，对上海市部分中学生在体育课中自主学习能力的培养进行了研究。结果表明通过对学生自主学习能力的培养后，能更好的激发学生的运动兴趣，形成良好的运动习惯和参与意识。 |

| By the methods of literature study, questionnaire and statistics, the author made a study on the cultivation of Shanghai middle school students?autonomous learning ability in PE class in respects of their learning habit and interest. The result shows that the cultivation of students' autonomous learning ability can inspire the students' learning interest and form good habit of exercise and the awareness of participation. |
