| By the ways of literature study, interview and questionnaire, the paper discusses the concept of instant sports lottery, management model and operation process of Shanghai sports lottery betting stations. Questionnaire was arranged for 172 lottery buyers so as to know the status quo and characteristics of the instant sports lottery market. The paper tries to explore the effective marketing tactics for Shanghai instant sports lottery through data analysis. |
