Intestinal flora is the largest microecosystem in human body. Its structural disorder is one of the important causes for the occurrence and development of type 2 diabetes. As a homeostasis stimulating factor, exercise can affect the function of material and energy metabolism, immune system and nervous system by changing the structural diversity of the host intestinal flora. In this way, it can prevent and cure type 2 diabetes. Therefore, from the perspective of intestinal flora, this paper summarizes the experimental studies and potential mechanisms of exercise in improving type 2 diabetes. This provides theoretical basis and reference for the treatment of type 2 diabetes through exercise-based intervention and control of intestinal flora. |
