目的:旨在探究下肢加压力量训练对女子手球运动员运动表现的影响效果。方法:选取16名上海女子手球运动员,随机分为两组,每组8人,加压组采用低负荷下肢加压力量训练,对照组采用高负荷传统下肢力量训练,在8周训练开始前、后对两组进行测试。主要测试指标包括下肢形态学指标、速度和灵敏指标、等速肌力指标、下肢爆发力指标和起跳射门动作专项技术指标。结果:8周下肢加压力量训练后,实验组运动员左右侧大腿围度显著增大(P<0.05),左、右侧屈曲及左侧伸展的峰值力矩显著增大(P<0.05),深蹲1RM力量显著增强(P<0.05),30 m冲刺速度无显著性差异(P>0.05),球门区滑步速度显著提升(P<0.01),纵跳高度等爆发力指标均显著提高(P<0.05),起跳蹬地力、射门高度、触地腾空时间和射门球速等起跳射门专项技术能力均显著增强(P<0.05)。8周训练后加压组和对照组各指标数据均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:为期8周的下肢加压力量训练对上海女子手球运动员的下肢围度、灵敏素质、等速肌力、爆发力和起跳射门专项技术均有较好的训练干预效果,且低负荷加压力量训练与高负荷传统力量训练效果相当。 |

Objective: To investigate the effect of lower limb KAATSU training on the athletic performance of female handball players. Methods: 16 Shanghai female handball players were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 8. The experimental group used low-load lower limb KAATSU training, and the control group used high-load traditional lower limb strength training. Both groups were tested before and after the 8-week training. The main indicators tested includes lower limb morphology, speed and sensitivity, isokinetic muscle strength, lower limb explosive power, and kick-off force. Result: After 8 weeks of lower limb KAATSU training, the left and right thigh circumference of the experimental group was significantly increased (P<0.05), the peak torque of left and right flexor and left extension was significantly increased (P<0.05), the strength of 1RM squat was significantly increased (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in 30 m sprint speed (P>0.05). The sliding speed in the goal area was significantly increased (P<0.01), the explosive power indicators such as vertical jump height were all significantly increased (P<0.05), and the kick-off techniques such as take-off power, shooting height, landing time and shooting speed were significantly increased (P< 0.05).
